2.1 Log information. When you use Glodon services, the server will automatically record some information, such as your use of our services, IP address, the URL of the services accessed, the browser type and the language used as well as the access date and time.
2.2 Device information. Some products and services have a unique application number. When you install, activate, update, uninstall relevant products or services, or when these products or services regularly communicate with Glodon (such as software updates), the system will transmit the number and relevant installation information (such as the type of operating systems and the version number of applications) to Glodon.
When you use Glodon services with positioning capabilities, the system will automatically process the location information of your devices, so that you can get relevant services without manually inputting your geographical coordinates.
In order to provide better services and improve experiences for different types of devices, Glodon will record such information as hardware model, version number of the operating system, International Mobile Device Identity (IMEI) of the mobile phone, and network device’s MAC address of the mobile phone.
2.3 Cookies and anonymous identifier. The main function of Cookies is to facilitate your use of the site and/or services and to help the website to count the number of unique visitors. By using the Cookies technology, Glodon can provide more considerate and personalized services for you and allow you to set your specific service options.
Cookies will be sent to your device when you use Glodon products or services. We also allow Cookies or the anonymous identifier to be transmitted to Glodon server when you interact with the services we provide for our partner (such as advertisement and promotional services as well as service functions provided by Glodon that may appear on other sites).
You can choose to turn off Cookies by modifying browser settings. If you choose to turn off Cookies, you may be unable to log in or use the Glodon services or functions that rely on Cookies. If you don’t want Glodon to provide you with personalized promotion information based on Cookies when you visit the Glodon website, you can customize Cookies settings in your browser.
2.4 All the data mentioned above will be processed in an anonymous way. What’s more, we will encrypt the information to ensure information security.
3. How we use information we collect
3.1 We use the information we collect from all of our services to provide, maintain, protect and improve them, to develop new ones, and to protect Glodon and our users.
3.2 Your privacy matters to us. We will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose.
3.3 Glodon may cooperate with partners to provide services you demand or show the contents you may be interested in. You agree that Glodon can share the necessary information with its partners only under the condition the information is necessary for the product/service. Moreover, Glodon will require the partners to ensure data security and not to use it for other purposes. In addition, Glodon will not provide or share the information with any unrelated third party.
3.4 Glodon will make statistical analysis when you use our products. Meanwhile, Glodon may share the statistical information with the public to show the overall trend of our service quality. The statistical information doesn’t contain any identification information about you.
3.5 Glodon may use your information under any of the following circumstances: (1) having asked for your consent in advance; (2) when you use our sharing features; (3) according to the requirements of laws, regulations and legal procedures or mandatory requirements of government authorities; (4) for the purpose of academic researches or public interests; (5) to protect the legitimate rights of Glodon, such as searching, preventing and dealing with frauds or security issues; (6) according to the provisions of other relevant terms.
4. Information we share
Without asking for your consent in advance, we and our partners will not share your personal information with any third party except for the following cases:
We and our partners may share your personal information with our affiliated companies, partners, third party service providers, contractors and agencies (such as communication service providers that send emails or push SMS notifications on behalf of Glodon, and map service providers like Google Map that provide location data for us; some of them may not be located in your country) for the following purposes:
• to provide our services for you;
• to achieve the targets stated in “How we use information we collect”
• to provide, maintain and improve our services
Since we are still rapidly expanding our business, Glodon and its affiliated companies may conduct mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers or similar transactions. Your personal information may be transferred as a part of a transaction, of course we would inform you these possible transactions in advance.
Glodon and its affiliated companies may collect and use your personal information for the following needs:

5.2 We and our partners use various technologies to protect your information from losing, misusing, unauthorized accessing or leaking. For instance, we use encryption techniques (such as SSL) in some services to protect the personal information you provide. However, please understand that due to limit of technology and various possible malicious means in the internet industry, we cannot guarantee 100% information security all the time even though we try our best to enforce security measures. You need to understand that when you access to the system and the communication network applied for using our services, problems may occur due to factors out of our control.

5.4 If necessary (such as suspending one of our services due to system maintenance), we may send you a service-related notice. Sometimes, you may not block these service-related and non-promotional notices.
